Dial-up Devices: We support and prefer D-Link DPH-70S SIP based device available worldwide from different computer stores. You can also use any SIP based Dial-up device. Dial-up device uses your regular analog telephone line to connect Internet and allows you to make outgoing calls only with clear voice quality at our same low calling rates.

PC-Dialer: You can download PC-Dialer for FREE. PC-Dialer allows you to make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls (incoming calls are subject to subscription of DID) on your PC. Your PC must be connected to Internet via broadband or Dial-up Internet. PC-Dialer also allows you to access your Voice Mail. A fast PC with sound card and head phone + mic is all you need to get started.

When purchasing Devices from any shop/retailer, make sure you are buying an open/unlocked Device. Locked Devices will not work with our VoIP Service. Open/unlocked Devices can work with any VoIP Service Provider you choose.

WEB CALL:

It allows you place a call between you and a remote location without the need of any PC-Dialer or device. Web Call is a very essential tool when you don’t have access to any device or PC-Dialer. Web Call charges you for both locations because it makes separate calls to you and your remote location. SMS CALLBACK:

It allows you to place a call between you and a remote party just by sending a SMS and you don’t need any PC-Dialer, device, PC etc.. It really helps when you don’t have access to anything and you just have a mobile or cell phone capable of sending / receiving SMS. DID:

DID stands for Direct Inward Dialing also known as incoming numbers or telephone numbers. You can choose DID from a variety of US and European locations, please visit the Pricing page for further details. DID allows you to receive incoming calls like regular telephone anywhere in the world. You can carry your broadband device with you when you travel and hook-up with any broadband connection to make and receive phone calls. Any call received or made within Tabtel DID network are FREE, even calls received or made between different Tabtel DIDs are FREE. For example, any call received or made between US and UK DID are FREE no matter whatever is your physical location. DIDs help making and receiving FREE calls between your branch offices, families, relatives etc. regardless of physical locations.
